As a Junior BDR for the North American market, your mission is multifaceted. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our market share
 and business presence in North America by identifying potential clients, distributors, and partners in the beauty sector. This involves cold 
outreach through methods like cold calling, cold emailing, and other outreach activities. Additionally, you will build and nurture strong 
relationships with key stakeholders, manage the sales pipeline, conduct market analysis to inform decision-making, strive to exceed sales targets and KPIs, and develop in-depth product knowledge to effectively communicate our beauty products' unique selling points to
 potential clients and partners.

This is a full-time position based in our Capelle aan den IJssel office. Immediate availability is preferred but not mandatory. Join us on this exciting journey and let's make an impact together!

Your mission
  • Quickly gain industry knowledge of wholesale and commodity trading, with a focus on cosmetics and perfumes, and apply it to your day-to-day business development activities.
  • Assist in developing new business networks and accounts within the North American market.
  • Source demanded products and developed regional trading networks under guidance.
  • Build strong and reliable portfolios of suppliers and clients in your trading market.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including the finance and supply chain departments, to ensure that all business cases and accounts are well-established, monitored, and successfully concluded.
  • Work towards expanding our business share and presence in the North American market, with a focus on parallel trading and achieving targeted margins.
  • Cultivate new business relationships and network with business associates in your trading market and around the world.
  • Demonstrate determination and motivation to perform well under deadlines and meet KPIs.
  • Be willing and able to take calculated risks to advance your career and contribute to our company's success.
Your profile
  • Hold a bachelor's or master's degree in economics, business administration, supply chain management, international trade, or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills in English and the ability to effectively convey our value proposition, full professional proficiency in French (for Canada) is desirable.
  • Up to two years of experience (including relevant internship experience) in sales, purchase, trading, business development, or a similar role.
