Business Coordinator

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven cross-functional Business Coordinator to address critical challenges related to data management, workflow integration, project follow-up, and cross-departmental collaboration within our organization.
As a Business Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business activities. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around meticulous attention to detail, data analytics, and problem-solving. You will need to possess a proactive and persistent mindset while enforcing various processes. Additionally, finance-related knowledge and budgeting and forecasting skills are valuable assets for this role.
Your mission
Stakeholder Engagement:
● Cultivate strong relationships with departmental heads and team members.
● Facilitate cross-departmental meetings to discuss challenges and solutions.
● Data analysis and reporting.
● Analyze data to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in workflows.
● Generate reports that provide insights into project progress and areas needing improvement.

Project Coordination and Follow-Up:
● Develop and implement a systematic project tracking system.
● Ensure that projects are followed through from initiation to completion.

Process Improvement:
● Recommend and implement process improvements to streamline workflows.
● Collaborate with IT and relevant departments to enhance data infrastructure.
Data Management and Integration:
● Collaborate with departments to assess and enhance data management practices.
● Identify opportunities for workflow integration and improved data sharing.
Your profile
● Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
● Proven experience in project coordination, data management, or process improvement.
● Experience with budgeting and forecasting is a plus.
● Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify workflow bottlenecks.
● Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills for cross-departmental collaboration.
● Effective written and verbal communication abilities.
● Self-motivated, proactive, and dedicated to addressing departmental challenges.
