B2B Marketing Intern

Description
We are growing rapidly and looking for an enthusiastic marketing intern to join our B2B team. During your internship you will work with various forms of online marketing (email, socials, growth, and more) with room for ownership and your own creative initiatives.

As a team, we like you to be successful. Having said that, you will have complete onboarding training and mentorship throughout your internship. You are also encouraged to share your creative ideas, and will be supported to translate your ideas to actionable plans and/or projects that service B2B marketing vision and business strategy.

Your mission
  • Curating, editing, and proofreading quality content (under supervision) like blogs, social media to show our authority and increase customer engagement;
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to plan and develop site content, style and layout;
  • Running our lead sourcing projects for acquisition purposes;
  • Providing support in our local and global SEO strategy;
  • Managing the flow and creation of email marketing campaigns;
  • Assisting team members with website and social media optimisation;
  • Knowing CRM and CMS, and upskilling to advanced user to assist the marketing team with daily operations, like wordpress and webflow, etc;
  • Assisting in cold calling/developing business leads
Your profile
  • You are an academic (HBO/WO) student in business/management/marketing;
  • Love for social media, content & trends;
  • A good planner and skilled communicator;
  • Well equipped with a commercial attitude and entrepreneurial mind-set;
  • Truly interested in marketing and firm affinity with B2B marketing;
  • Able to prioritize and multitask;
  • Detail-oriented, proactive and observant;
  • Hands-on with can-do attitude;
  • Interested in trading and branded beauty products;
  • High proficiency in English and one other language (is a plus);
  • Available on-site for 32 to 40 hours per week for at least 5 months as per this Feb/Mar;
  • Currently live in the Greater Rotterdam-The Hague region (preferred);
